וּבְעָרֵ֨י מְנַשֶּׁ֧ה וְאֶפְרַ֛יִם וְשִׁמְע֖וֹן וְעַד־ נַפְתָּלִ֑י בהר בתיהם בְּחַרְבֹתֵיהֶ֖ם סָבִֽיב׃
לוּלֵ֗י כַּ֤עַס אוֹיֵב֙ אָג֔וּר פֶּֽן־ יְנַכְּר֖וּ צָרֵ֑ימוֹ פֶּן־ יֹֽאמְרוּ֙ יָדֵ֣ינוּ רָ֔מָה וְלֹ֥א יְהוָ֖ה פָּעַ֥ל כָּל־ זֹֽאת׃
וְלִֽשְׁמַֽעְיָ֤ה בְנוֹ֙ נוֹלַ֣ד בָּנִ֔ים הַמִּמְשָׁלִ֖ים לְבֵ֣ית אֲבִיהֶ֑ם כִּֽי־ גִבּ֥וֹרֵי חַ֖יִל הֵֽמָּה׃
וַאֲבִיכֶן֙ הֵ֣תֶל בִּ֔י וְהֶחֱלִ֥ף אֶת־ מַשְׂכֻּרְתִּ֖י עֲשֶׂ֣רֶת מֹנִ֑ים וְלֹֽא־ נְתָנ֣וֹ אֱלֹהִ֔ים לְהָרַ֖ע עִמָּדִֽי׃
וְיוֹחָנָ֖ן הוֹלִ֣יד אֶת־ עֲזַרְיָ֑ה ה֚וּא אֲשֶׁ֣ר כִּהֵ֔ן בַּבַּ֕יִת אֲשֶׁר־ בָּנָ֥ה שְׁלֹמֹ֖ה בִּירוּשָׁלָֽ͏ִם׃
וְיָשְׁב֗וּ אִ֣ישׁ תַּ֧חַת גַּפְנ֛וֹ וְתַ֥חַת תְּאֵנָת֖וֹ וְאֵ֣ין מַחֲרִ֑יד כִּי־ פִ֛י יְהוָ֥ה צְבָא֖וֹת דִּבֵּֽר׃
Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.
And he answered him, I am: go, tell thy lord, Behold, Elijah is here.
And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
