וַיְהִ֤י לָהֶם֙ הַגְּב֔וּל יַעְזֵר֙ וְכָל־ עָרֵ֣י הַגִּלְעָ֔ד וַחֲצִ֕י אֶ֖רֶץ בְּנֵ֣י עַמּ֑וֹן עַד־ עֲרוֹעֵ֕ר אֲשֶׁ֖ר עַל־ פְּנֵ֥י רַבָּֽה׃
לַ֤יְלָה וְיוֹמָם֙ לֹ֣א תִכְבֶּ֔ה לְעוֹלָ֖ם יַעֲלֶ֣ה עֲשָׁנָ֑הּ מִדּ֤וֹר לָדוֹר֙ תֶּחֱרָ֔ב לְנֵ֣צַח נְצָחִ֔ים אֵ֥ין עֹבֵ֖ר בָּֽהּ׃
וְהִרְעַשְׁתִּי֙ אֶת־ כָּל־ הַגּוֹיִ֔ם וּבָ֖אוּ חֶמְדַּ֣ת כָּל־ הַגּוֹיִ֑ם וּמִלֵּאתִ֞י אֶת־ הַבַּ֤יִת הַזֶּה֙ כָּב֔וֹד אָמַ֖ר יְהוָ֥ה צְבָאֽוֹת׃
ק֚וֹל עַל־ שְׁפָיִ֣ים נִשְׁמָ֔ע בְּכִ֥י תַחֲנוּנֵ֖י בְּנֵ֣י יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל כִּ֤י הֶעֱוּוּ֙ אֶת־ דַּרְכָּ֔ם שָׁכְח֖וּ אֶת־ יְהֹוָ֥ה אֱלֹהֵיהֶֽם׃
וַאֲמַרְתֶּ֞ם בַּיּ֣וֹם הַה֗וּא הוֹד֤וּ לַֽיהוָה֙ קִרְא֣וּ בִשְׁמ֔וֹ הוֹדִ֥יעוּ בָֽעַמִּ֖ים עֲלִֽילֹתָ֑יו הַזְכִּ֕ירוּ כִּ֥י נִשְׂגָּ֖ב שְׁמֽוֹ׃
וַיֹּ֨אמֶר עֵשָׂ֜ו אֶל־ אָבִ֗יו הַֽבְרָכָ֨ה אַחַ֤ת הִֽוא־ לְךָ֙ אָבִ֔י בָּרֲכֵ֥נִי גַם־ אָ֖נִי אָבִ֑י וַיִּשָּׂ֥א עֵשָׂ֛ו קֹל֖וֹ וַיֵּֽבְךְּ׃
וְאִ֣ם לֹֽא־ תֵצֵ֗א אֶל־ שָׂרֵי֙ מֶ֣לֶךְ בָּבֶ֔ל וְנִתְּנָ֞ה הָעִ֤יר הַזֹּאת֙ בְּיַ֣ד הַכַּשְׂדִּ֔ים וּשְׂרָפ֖וּהָ בָּאֵ֑שׁ וְאַתָּ֖ה לֹֽא־ תִמָּלֵ֥ט מִיָּדָֽם׃
