A righteous man hateth lying: but a wicked man is loathsome, and cometh to shame.

yaH paatraM haariyojanam puurNam indra ciketati yojaa nv ai\ndra te harii
maataa ca yatra duhitaa ca dhenuu sabardughe dhaapayete samiicii
tam it samaanaM vaninash ca viirudho .antarvatiish ca suvate ca vishvahaa

indraH puurbhid aatirad daasam arkair vidadvasur dayamaano vi shatruun
vayaM cid dhi vaaM jaritaaraH satyaa vipanyaamahe vi paNir hitaavaan
mRgaa iva hastinaH khaadathaa vanaa yad aaruNiiSu taviSiir ayugdhvam
yac chaM ca yosh ca manur aayeje pitaa tad ashyaama tava rudra praNiitiSu
tatraa ratham upa shagmaM sadema vishvaahaa vayaM sumanasyamaanaaH
uSaa yaati jyotiSaa baadhamaanaa vishvaa tamaaMsi duritaapa devii
sharyair abhidyum pRtanaasu duSTaraM carkRtyam indram iva carSaNiisaham
triin sa muurdhno asurash cakra aarabhe satyasya naavaH sukRtam apiiparan
addhi tRNam aghnye vishvadaaniim piba shuddham udakam aacarantii
maghonaam aayuH pratiran mahi shrava indraaya soma pavase vRSaa madaH
tvayaa vayaM suvRdhaa brahmaNas pate spaarhaa vasu manuSyaa dadiimahi
graavaaNeva tad id arthaM jarethe gRdhreva vRkSaM nidhimantam acha
