וְכִי־ תָבֹ֣אוּ אֶל־ הָאָ֗רֶץ וּנְטַעְתֶּם֙ כָּל־ עֵ֣ץ מַאֲכָ֔ל וַעֲרַלְתֶּ֥ם עָרְלָת֖וֹ אֶת־ פִּרְי֑וֹ שָׁלֹ֣שׁ שָׁנִ֗ים יִהְיֶ֥ה לָכֶ֛ם עֲרֵלִ֖ים לֹ֥א יֵאָכֵֽל׃
And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.
But the eyes of the wicked shall fail, and they shall not escape, and their hope shall be as the giving up of the ghost.
Then came the officers to the chief priests and Pharisees; and they said unto them, Why have ye not brought him?
He saved others; himself he cannot save. If he be the King of Israel, let him now come down from the cross, and we will believe him.
