וַיֹּ֗אמֶר מַ֠דּוּעַ אתי אַ֣תְּ הלכתי הֹלֶ֤כֶת אֵלָיו֙ הַיּ֔וֹם לֹֽא־ חֹ֖דֶשׁ וְלֹ֣א שַׁבָּ֑ת וַתֹּ֖אמֶר שָׁלֽוֹם׃
וַאֲרֻחָת֗וֹ אֲרֻחַת֩ תָּמִ֨יד נִתְּנָה־ לּ֜וֹ מֵאֵ֧ת מֶֽלֶךְ־ בָּבֶ֛ל דְּבַר־ י֥וֹם בְּיוֹמ֖וֹ עַד־ י֣וֹם מוֹת֑וֹ כֹּ֖ל יְמֵ֥י חַיָּֽיו׃
וְאֶת־ כָּל־ חֹמ֥וֹת יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם סָבִ֑יב נָֽתְצוּ֙ כָּל־ חֵ֣יל כַּשְׂדִּ֔ים אֲשֶׁ֖ר אֶת־ רַב־ טַבָּחִֽים׃
I have hated the congregation of evil doers; and will not sit with the wicked.
A man that flattereth his neighbour spreadeth a net for his feet.
And thou shalt put into the ark the testimony which I shall give thee.
Fill their faces with shame; that they may seek thy name, O LORD.
Then the waters had overwhelmed us, the stream had gone over our soul:
te satyena manasaa diidhyaanaaH svena yuktaasaH kratunaa vahanti
tebhiH svaraaL asuniitim etaaM yathaavashaM tanva\M kalpayasva
Ἀπὸ δὲ ἕκτης ὥρας σκότος ἐγένετο ἐπὶ πᾶσαν τὴν γῆν ἕως ὥρας ἐνάτης.
ثُمَّ عَفَوْنَا عَنْكُمْ مِنْ بَعْدِ ذَلِكَ لَعَلَّكُمْ تَشْكُرُونَ
