בְּר֥וּחַ קָדִ֑ים תְּ֝שַׁבֵּ֗ר אֳנִיּ֥וֹת תַּרְשִֽׁישׁ׃

tvaam id asyaa uSaso vyu\STiSu duutaM kRNvaanaa ayajanta maanuSaaH
goman naH soma viiravad ashvaavad vaajavat sutaH
ayaM vaam mitraavaruNaa nRbhiH sutaH soma aa piitaye sutaH

πολλὰ μάλʼ εὐχομένω γαιηόχῳ ἐννοσιγαίῳ
ὣς δʼ αὔτως Μενέλαον ἔχε τρόμος· οὐδὲ γὰρ αὐτῷ
δειδιότα· κρατερὸς γὰρ ἔχε τρόμος ἀνδρὸς ὁμοκλῇ.
ἐμβήῃ· μάλα τούς γε φιλεῖ ἑκάεργος Ἀπόλλων·
Ἕκτορος· οὐ γάρ οἵ τις ἐτήτυμος ἄγγελος ἐλθὼν
τὸν μὲν ἐγὼ προσιόντα βάλον χαλκήρεϊ δουρί,
هَذَا كِتَابُنَا يَنْطِقُ عَلَيْكُمْ بِالْحَقِّ إِنَّا كُنَّا نَسْتَنْسِخُ مَا كُنْتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ
أَمْ لَكُمْ أَيْمَانٌ عَلَيْنَا بَالِغَةٌ إِلَى يَوْمِ الْقِيَامَةِ إِنَّ لَكُمْ لَمَا تَحْكُمُونَ
