אָ֣ז יַעֲלֶ֣ה רְצִ֣ין מֶֽלֶךְ־ אֲ֠רָם וּפֶ֨קַח בֶּן־ רְמַלְיָ֧הוּ מֶֽלֶךְ־ יִשְׂרָאֵ֛ל יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם לַמִּלְחָמָ֑ה וַיָּצֻ֙רוּ֙ עַל־ אָחָ֔ז וְלֹ֥א יָכְל֖וּ לְהִלָּחֵֽם׃
כִּ֣י תְכַלֶּ֞ה לַ֠עְשֵׂר אֶת־ כָּל־ מַעְשַׂ֧ר תְּבוּאָתְךָ֛ בַּשָּׁנָ֥ה הַשְּׁלִישִׁ֖ת שְׁנַ֣ת הַֽמַּעֲשֵׂ֑ר וְנָתַתָּ֣ה לַלֵּוִ֗י לַגֵּר֙ לַיָּת֣וֹם וְלֽ͏ָאַלְמָנָ֔ה וְאָכְל֥וּ בִשְׁעָרֶ֖יךָ וְשָׂבֵֽעוּ׃
And the priest shall take some of the log of oil, and pour it into the palm of his own left hand:
To understand a proverb, and the interpretation; the words of the wise, and their dark sayings.
And the soldiers platted a crown of thorns, and put it on his head, and they put on him a purple robe,
