צָרַ֥ר ר֛וּחַ אוֹתָ֖הּ בִּכְנָפֶ֑יהָ וְיֵבֹ֖שׁוּ מִזִּבְחוֹתָֽם

עֶרְיָ֤ה תֵעוֹר֙ קַשְׁתֶּ֔ךָ שְׁבֻע֥וֹת מַטּ֖וֹת אֹ֣מֶר סֶ֑לָה נְהָר֖וֹת תְּבַקַּע־ אָֽרֶץ׃

וַיִּוָּעַ֨ץ הַמֶּ֧לֶךְ וְשָׂרָ֛יו וְכָל־ הַקָּהָ֖ל בִּירוּשָׁלָ֑͏ִם לַעֲשׂ֥וֹת הַפֶּ֖סַח בַּחֹ֥דֶשׁ הַשֵּׁנִֽי׃

וְעָשִׂ֤יתָ סִּֽירֹתָיו֙ לְדַשְּׁנ֔וֹ וְיָעָיו֙ וּמִזְרְקֹתָ֔יו וּמִזְלְגֹתָ֖יו וּמַחְתֹּתָ֑יו לְכָל־ כֵּלָ֖יו תַּעֲשֶׂ֥ה נְחֹֽשֶׁת׃

וַיֹּ֗אמֶר קְחוּ־ לִי֙ צְלֹחִ֣ית חֲדָשָׁ֔ה וְשִׂ֥ימוּ שָׁ֖ם מֶ֑לַח וַיִּקְח֖וּ אֵלָֽיו׃

Alexander the coppersmith did me much evil: the Lord reward him according to his works:

antivaamaa duure amitram uchorviiM gavyuutim abhayaM kRdhii naH

The sons also of Hezron, that were born unto him; Jerahmeel, and Ram, and Chelubai.

But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof:

But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

καὶ εἶπεν πρὸς αὐτούς· Τί ὅτι ἐζητεῖτέ με; οὐκ ᾔδειτε ὅτι ἐν τοῖς τοῦ πατρός μου δεῖ εἶναί με;

hatvaaya shatruun vi bhajasva veda ojo mimaano vi mRdho nudasva

εἱστήκεισαν δὲ οἱ ἀρχιερεῖς καὶ οἱ γραμματεῖς εὐτόνως κατηγοροῦντες αὐτοῦ.

And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake.

paaraavataM yat purusambhRtaM vasv apaavRNoH sharabhaaya RSibandhave

وَلَقَدْ أَخَذْنَاهُمْ بِالْعَذَابِ فَمَا اسْتَكَانُوا لِرَبِّهِمْ وَمَا يَتَضَرَّعُونَ

He shall judge thy people with righteousness, and thy poor with judgment.

And Abraham bowed down himself before the people of the land.

aabhir yaataM suvidatraabhir arvaak paataM naraa pratibhRtasya madhvaH

taj jaanatiir abhy a\nuuSata vraa aavir bhuvad aruNiir yashasaa goH

Who coverest thyself with light as with a garment: who stretchest out the heavens like a curtain:

Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister: that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee.

To him which led his people through the wilderness: for his mercy endureth for ever.

The wicked man travaileth with pain all his days, and the number of years is hidden to the oppressor.
