וַיֹּ֥אמֶר עֵשָׂ֖ו יֶשׁ־ לִ֣י רָ֑ב אָחִ֕י יְהִ֥י לְךָ֖ אֲשֶׁר־ לָֽךְ׃

כִּֽי־ אָ֭מַר אִיּ֣וֹב צָדַ֑קְתִּי וְ֝אֵ֗ל הֵסִ֥יר מִשְׁפָּטִֽי׃

וַיֵּ֣לֶךְ מִשָּׁ֔ם אֶל־ יוֹשְׁבֵ֖י דְּבִ֑יר וְשֵׁם־ דְּבִ֥יר לְפָנִ֖ים קִרְיַת־ סֵֽפֶר׃

לִרְחַבְיָ֑הוּ לִבְנֵ֣י רְחַבְיָ֔הוּ הָרֹ֖אשׁ יִשִּׁיָּֽה׃

אָרוּר֙ לֹקֵ֣חַ שֹׁ֔חַד לְהַכּ֥וֹת נֶ֖פֶשׁ דָּ֣ם נָקִ֑י וְאָמַ֥ר כָּל־ הָעָ֖ם אָמֵֽן׃

עַד־ אָ֭נָה תּוֹגְי֣וּן נַפְשִׁ֑י וּֽתְדַכּאוּנַ֥נִי בְמִלִּֽים׃

וַיֹּ֤אמֶר אֵלֶ֙יהָ֙ עֵלִ֔י עַד־ מָתַ֖י תִּשְׁתַּכָּרִ֑ין הָסִ֥ירִי אֶת־ יֵינֵ֖ךְ מֵעָלָֽיִךְ׃

עַד־ אָ֥ן תְּמַלֶּל־ אֵ֑לֶּה וְר֥וּחַ כַּ֝בִּיר אִמְרֵי־ פִֽיךָ׃

Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.

Let their eyes be darkened, that they may not see, and bow down their back alway.

And when he defied Israel, Jonathan the son of Shimeah the brother of David slew him.

mitra iva yo didhiSaayyo bhuud deva aadeve jane jaatavedaaH

idaM havir maghavan tubhyaM raatam prati samraaL ahRNaano gRbhaaya

Behold now behemoth, which I made with thee; he eateth grass as an ox.

dyaavo na stRbhish citayanta khaadino vy a\bhriyaa na dyutayanta vRSTayaH

That they gathered themselves together, to fight with Joshua and with Israel, with one accord.

And how hear we every man in our own tongue, wherein we were born?

And it came to pass in the third year, that Jehoshaphat the king of Judah came down to the king of Israel.

ἀγαπητοί, εἰ οὕτως ὁ θεὸς ἠγάπησεν ἡμᾶς, καὶ ἡμεῖς ὀφείλομεν ἀλλήλους ἀγαπᾶν.

Be wise now therefore, O ye kings: be instructed, ye judges of the earth.

And said unto me, Thou art my servant, O Israel, in whom I will be glorified.
