תַּאֲוַ֣ת צַדִּיקִ֣ים אַךְ־ ט֑וֹב תִּקְוַ֖ת רְשָׁעִ֣ים עֶבְרָֽה׃

וַיָּ֤מָת שָׁאוּל֙ וּשְׁלֹ֣שֶׁת בָּנָ֔יו וְכָל־ בֵּית֖וֹ יַחְדָּ֥ו מֵֽתוּ׃

תְּֽנָה־ עָ֭וֺן עַל־ עֲוֺנָ֑ם וְאַל־ יָ֝בֹ֗אוּ בְּצִדְקָתֶֽךָ׃

How oft did they provoke him in the wilderness, and grieve him in the desert!

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.

They shall walk after the LORD: he shall roar like a lion: when he shall roar, then the children shall tremble from the west.

asmaakam mitraavaruNaavataM ratham aadityai rudrair vasubhiH sacaabhuvaa

And if his offering be a goat, then he shall offer it before the LORD.

يَوْمَ يَدْعُوكُمْ فَتَسْتَجِيبُونَ بِحَمْدِهِ وَتَظُنُّونَ إِنْ لَبِثْتُمْ إِلَّا قَلِيلًا

vRSaa shuSmeNa baadhate vi durmatiir aadedishaanaH sharyaheva shurudhaH

As the LORD commanded Moses, so the children of Israel did, and they divided the land.

And the king sware, and said, As the LORD liveth, that hath redeemed my soul out of all distress,

aprakSitaM vasu bibharSi hastayor aSaaLhaM sahas tanvai\ shruto dadhe

vRSaa pavitre adhi saano avye bRhat somo vaavRdhe suvaana induH

tad oka aa haribhir indra yuktaiH priyebhir yaahi priyam annam acha

And they shall be upon thee for a sign and for a wonder, and upon thy seed for ever.
