הִנֵּ֤ה עֵ֣ין יְ֭הוָה אֶל־ יְרֵאָ֑יו לַֽמְיַחֲלִ֥ים לְחַסְדּֽוֹ׃

כִּֽי־ כְ֭סָלַי מָלְא֣וּ נִקְלֶ֑ה וְאֵ֥ין מְ֝תֹ֗ם בִּבְשָׂרִֽי׃

And when the chief priests and Pharisees had heard his parables, they perceived that he spake of them.

And when he had opened the second seal, I heard the second beast say, Come and see.

yo me raajan yujyo vaa sakhaa vaa svapne bhayam bhiirave mahyam aaha

indravaayuu bRhaspatim mitraagnim puuSaNam bhagam

tvaM ha tyad indra codiiH sakhaa vRtraM yad vajrin vRSakarmann ubhnaaH

puraa no baadhaad duritaati paaraya kSetravid dhi disha aahaa vipRchate

And ye shall do as I have done: ye shall not cover your lips, nor eat the bread of men.

Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding;

Come, let us make our father drink wine, and we will lie with him, that we may preserve seed of our father.

ayaM SaL urviir amimiita dhiiro na yaabhyo bhuvanaM kac canaare

aviivRdhad vo amRtaa amandiid ekadyuur devaa uta yaash ca deviiH

My transgression is sealed up in a bag, and thou sewest up mine iniquity.
