ר֣וּמָה יְהוָ֣ה בְּעֻזֶּ֑ךָ נָשִׁ֥ירָה וּֽ֝נְזַמְּרָה גְּבוּרָתֶֽךָ׃

יִ֭בְצֹר ר֣וּחַ נְגִידִ֑ים נ֝וֹרָ֗א לְמַלְכֵי־ אָֽרֶץ׃

כַּסְפֵּ֖ךְ הָיָ֣ה לְסִיגִ֑ים סָבְאֵ֖ךְ מָה֥וּל בַּמָּֽיִם׃

rarakSa taan sukRto vishvavedaa dipsanta id ripavo naaha debhuH

And when he had made an end of prophesying, he came to the high place.

وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقُولُ ائْذَنْ لِي وَلَا تَفْتِنِّي أَلَا فِي الْفِتْنَةِ سَقَطُوا وَإِنَّ جَهَنَّمَ لَمُحِيطَةٌ بِالْكَافِرِينَ

Therefore thus saith the LORD of hosts; Because ye have not heard my words,

gandharvo asya rashanaam agRbhNaat suuraad ashvaM vasavo nir ataSTa

इति ते ज्ञानमाख्यातं गुह्याद्‌गुह्यतरं मया । विमृश्यैतदशेषेण यथेच्छसि तथा कुरु

My soul melteth for heaviness: strengthen thou me according unto thy word.

A feast is made for laughter, and wine maketh merry: but money answereth all things.

yad indraagnii divi STho yat pRthivyaaM yat parvateSv oSadhiiSv apsu

And they that did eat were four thousand men, beside women and children.

I saw the tents of Cushan in affliction: and the curtains of the land of Midian did tremble.

Thou shalt eat it within thy gates: the unclean and the clean person shall eat it alike, as the roebuck, and as the hart.

trinaabhi cakram ajaram anarvaM yatremaa vishvaa bhuvanaadhi tasthuH

Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place.

aa yaahi vanasaa saha gaavaH sacanta vartaniM yad uudhabhiH

Ye blind guides, which strain at a gnat, and swallow a camel.

ye agnijihvaa uta vaa yajatraa aasadyaasmin barhiSi maadayadhvam

And Jesus saith unto them, How many loaves have ye? And they said, Seven, and a few little fishes.

وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالصَّبْرِ وَالصَّلَاةِ وَإِنَّهَا لَكَبِيرَةٌ إِلَّا عَلَى الْخَاشِعِينَ

indra tvaayam arka iiTTe vasuunaaM diviiaa\va dyaam adhi naH shromataM dhaaH

But woe to them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days!
