וַ֭יּֽ͏ַדְרִיכֵם בְּדֶ֣רֶךְ יְשָׁרָ֑ה לָ֝לֶ֗כֶת אֶל־ עִ֥יר מוֹשָֽׁב׃

וַאֲחִיתֹ֖פֶל יוֹעֵ֣ץ לַמֶּ֑לֶךְ וְחוּשַׁ֥י הָאַרְכִּ֖י רֵ֥עַ הַמֶּֽלֶךְ׃

כִּֽי־ תְ֭קַדְּמֶנּוּ בִּרְכ֣וֹת ט֑וֹב תָּשִׁ֥ית לְ֝רֹאשׁ֗וֹ עֲטֶ֣רֶת פָּֽז׃

חֲמַת־ לָ֗מוֹ כִּדְמ֥וּת חֲמַת־ נָחָ֑שׁ כְּמוֹ־ פֶ֥תֶן חֵ֝רֵ֗שׁ יַאְטֵ֥ם אָזְנֽוֹ׃

וַיִּרְכַּ֥ב עַל־ כְּר֖וּב וַיָּעֹ֑ף וַיֵּרָ֖א עַל־ כַּנְפֵי־ רֽוּחַ׃

ט֥וֹב שֵׁ֖ם מִשֶּׁ֣מֶן ט֑וֹב וְי֣וֹם הַמָּ֔וֶת מִיּ֖וֹם הִוָּלְדֽוֹ׃

And they caught him, and cast him out of the vineyard, and slew him.

te vaashiimanta iSmiNo abhiiravo vidre priyasya maarutasya dhaamnaH

bhinad giriM shavasaa vajram iSNann aaviSkRNvaanaH sahasaana ojaH

Whosoever denieth the Son, the same hath not the Father: he that acknowledgeth the Son hath the Father also.

Do all things without murmurings and disputings:

eSaa pratiicii duhitaa divo nRRn yoSeva bhadraa ni riNiite apsaH

Bind them upon thy fingers, write them upon the table of thine heart.

yad iim anu pradivo madhva aadhave guhaa santam maatarishvaa mathaayati

ὄφρʼ ἐπὶ Βουπρασίου πολυπύρου βήσαμεν ἵππους

Who knoweth not in all these that the hand of the LORD hath wrought this?

But last of all he sent unto them his son, saying, They will reverence my son.

أَوَلَمْ يَرَوْا كَيْفَ يُبْدِئُ اللَّهُ الْخَلْقَ ثُمَّ يُعِيدُهُ إِنَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ

A wise man’s heart is at his right hand; but a fool’s heart at his left.

upa hvaye suhavam maarutaM gaNam paavakam RSvaM sakhyaaya shambhuvam

And give him no rest, till he establish, and till he make Jerusalem a praise in the earth.
